3 Cheese Ravioli (Truffle) with Mushroom Sauce.
There is a small restaurant in Florence Italy, right by the Ponte Vecchio Bridge that serves a cheese ravioli and white truffle dish. Which was possibly the most wonderful thing I have ever tasted! While it not always feasible or affordable to obtain white truffles, a good quality truffle oil and truffle salt can be easily and reasonably ordered online or purchased at your favorite gourmet shop.
And if Truffle anything is not on your menu today, this dish is still wonderful.
Fathers Day Special
Pulled Pork and Smoked Gouda Raviolo in a Sonoma Piquant Orange Tomato Sauce
Our Pulled Pork Raviolo pairs so well this fusion Italian/Tex Mex sauce. We think it's the perfect Fathers day feast.
This sauce recipe was inspired by a small Mexican restaurant in Sonoma California. The sweetness of the orange perfectly balanced the heat of the jalapeño. We served it with this simple corn & onion relish and Cotija cheese. Definitely a crowd pleaser.
Maine in a dish!
Venetian Shrimp and Clams With Dulse Fettuccine
I think that I enjoy this dish better in Maine then I did in Venice. Maine’s seafood is the best in the world. I would even substitute lobster for the shrimp. While plain fettuccine is always good , our fettuccine made from local Dulce seaweed adds a layer of complexity that brings this dish to another level.
