Some things to keep in mind when you are filling out this form:

1) We cannot provide beverages.

2) We can only deliver on MDI for a $20 delivery fee. We can also arrange for pick up at our kitchen!

3) Please allow for 2 weeks advance notice for the event. We will try our best to accommodate something sooner, but there may be an extra charge.

4) We cannot provide table service. We will make sure that everything is ready to serve, but once it's set up, we will have to skedaddle!
